This full-day workshop will help your teams understand psychological trauma and its range of impacts, and how COVID-19 has impacted your teams and their dynamics.
It will focus on identifying your teams' collective and individual strengths, and strategies for reconnecting and communicating, and negotiating a new blended workplace. The workshop will also focus on the importance of self-care and monitoring the wellbeing of your team members, as teams continue to transition through change.
Re-assessing and rebalancing your work and life is always high priority. COVID-19 has given us the space to refocus on the importance of balanced work-life practice. Within this full-day workshop, you will understand balance at work and home and what is optimal performance and how to achieve it.
You will learn how to identify signs of imbalance, how to monitor your professional and personal wellbeing and strategies for building resilience. The workshop will also explore how to incorporate reflective practice into your work, ways to maintain a work-life balance in the new blended workplace and how to maintain professional boundaries.
