AccessResolve Workplace Services

RAV has been providing workplace support services for more than 15 years. Our AccessResolve Workplace Services program provides a set of professional services designed to maintain and improve the healthy functioning and productivity of workplaces. We support businesses at all levels, from developing organisation-wide strategies to assisting individual employees and their families through consultation, counselling, dispute resolution and training programs.

Our programs aim to make a difference by helping to reduce the costs of conflict and stress and improve productivity, staff retention, team functioning and effective leadership.

Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Organisations contract with RAV to provide counselling and education services to their employees. Contracts are tailored to suit organisational requirements.

Counselling: EAP counselling services assist employees to identify and resolve personal concerns and difficulties that may affect job performance, relating to workplace, health, marital, family, financial, alcohol, drug, legal, emotional, stress and other personal issues. Sometimes these services extend to family members of employees.

Emergency crisis counselling & Critical incident response services are also available.

Education and training:
We provide a range of educative and training resources designed to assist employees better manage and prevent a range of common health and relationship problems.

Consultation: We can assist organisations to develop preventative strategies or formulate responses to particular issues.

Marketing and promotion: In discussion with a contracting organisation, RAV develops a free marketing and promotion strategy for our EAP services to ensure employees are aware of the services available, the benefits and how to access them.

Workplace Dispute Resolution

RAV provides a range of alternative dispute resolution and restorative interventions to help resolve workplace conflict. We provide consultation and advice on conflict prevention and early intervention strategies, developing effective grievance policies and procedures and tackling problems such as workplace bullying.

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR): We provide independent, confidential and impartial ADR, including Mediation, Group Facilitation, Workplace Conferencing, Workplace Assessments, and Conflict Coaching. A senior consultant will discuss with you which process will best suit the particular circumstances you are dealing with.

Workwise training and supervision: Our workwise training and education program is focused on helping organisations and employees become conflict savvy, and on improving communication, team functioning, and leadership skills. Training is provided through our Registered Training Organisation using adult learning and skills-based approaches.

  • Facilitating participatory decision making: Working effectively in teams
  • Workplace bullying: Sorting the wood out from the trees

  • Respectful workplace behaviour: What’s OK, what’s not
  • Enhanced leadership skills
  • Managing stress.

We also provide individual supervision and coaching.
