1. Is Relationships Australia (Victoria) a dating agency?

We are not a dating agency. We are an organisation committed to offering relationship supports services such as counselling, family dispute resolution and relationship education courses to individuals, couples and families.

As an organisation, we do not provide services to help you find a partner. We can, however, offer you advice, counselling and education in how to improve your current or future relationships.

2. Do you have online counselling?

No, we do not currently offer online counselling. You can book a face-to-face counselling session by calling 1300 364 277 or, if you live in a rural or remote location in Victoria, you can access our telephone counselling service by calling 1800 817 569.

3. How much does it cost to do counselling?

We are a not-for-profit community organisation and our counselling service is only partially funded by the government, so fees are normally charged. However, we do try to make our services as affordable as possible.

Our fees are determined on a sliding scale (based on the client's ability to pay). We have a surcharge on after-hours appointments.

When you call to make a booking for counselling, we will advise you of the fees payable.

4. How much does it cost to do family dispute resolution?

We are a not-for-profit community organisation and our Family Dispute Resolution Service is only partially funded by the government, so fees are normally charged. However, we do try to make our services as affordable as possible.
