Our Ballarat Centre is seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Senior Counsellor to join their professional team. This clinical role primarily provides supervision to counsellors and manages a complex case load to individuals, couples, families and groups.  The role would include assessment of client needs, provision of interventions designed to enhance the relationships of clients and referrals where appropriate.
