The BrimWest Consortium is seeking to employ an enthusiastic and motivated individual for the position of Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner (FDRP) for the centre at Sunshine. The FRC is an Australian Government initiative and assists families with relationship difficulties through providing information, support and referral to a range of services. The Centre also helps families to achieve workable parenting arrangements outside the court system through provision of family dispute resolution.
The FDRP's role provides family dispute resolution services to separating parents. The role includes assessment and screening for risks and involves working with high conflict families.
