Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a leading and valued provider of relationship support services. A community-based, not-for-profit organisation, RAV has no religious affiliations and aims to help individuals, families and communities to achieve positive and respectful relationships.

We employ qualified professionals with expertise in counselling, family dispute resolution, skills development and training, as well as corporate support staff in areas including human resources, communications, information technology and financial administration.

RAV provides client services from 12 locations in metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria and is funded by the Australian Government, as well as through state and local government grants and client fees.

Training Ground, our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), provides accredited training in family dispute resolution and relationship management skills for clinicians and other professionals.  It also provides clinical supervision and consultancy services.
