Ms Judi Anderson – President Judi is the Principal of Judi Anderson & Associates, consultants in organisation development, change management, outplacement and career development to public and private sector organisations and individuals. Judi has been a Board Member of RAV since 1995 and President since October 2007. She is also a member of the Strategy Committee.

Ms Ronda Jacobs – Vice-President Ronda is currently the Managing Director of Catalent Australia / South East Asia, a Melbourne-based contract manufacturer of vitamin and pharmaceutical products. She is an elected member of both the Committee of Management with the Australian Self-Medication Industry and the Board of the Complementary Healthcare Council. Individually, Ronda was nominated for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year in 2004 and 2006. Her business experience includes marketing, strategic planning and leadership. Ronda has been a Board Member of RAV since 2005, and Vice-President since December 2007. She currently chairs the Strategy Committee.

Mr Peter Boehm Peter is an experienced business leader with more than 25 years of local and international senior executive experience gained with major listed and private companies. Coming from a financial services background, his industry experience includes property development, funds management, professional services, business investment and advisory as well chairing a UK based industry trade and lobby association. Peter joined the RAV Board in May 2008.

Ms Lyn Brodie Lyn’s career has spanned both the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Her current role is Chief Executive Officer for the Gandel Charitable Trust. Lyn has extensive experience in marketing, communications and business development, having worked with both national and international companies. It was while working for an international organisation that she gained her passion for corporate social responsibility, specifically corporate community partnerships. This led to her involvement with the not-for-profit sector, both on a voluntary and professional basis.

Professor Lyn Littlefield Lyn is the Executive Director of the Australian Psychological Society, the peak professional body for psychologists in Australia. Lyn was formerly Head of the School of Psychological Science, La Trobe University and Inaugural Director of the Victorian Parenting Centre. She is a clinical psychologist and specialist in couple, child, family and group therapy, as well as conflict resolution. Lyn has been a Board Member since 1993.

Mr John Lovell John Lovell has more than 25 years experience in the IT industry both within Australia and internationally. His experience covers IT projects for the introduction of ATMs and EFT/POS within Australia, Pay TV systems, introduction of broadband services and other significant IT related projects. Prior to returning to Australia, John was based in Hong Kong where he was responsible for the IT infrastructure for the Walt Disney Company across Asia Pacific.

Mr Michael Shaw Michael is an investment banker with the private investment banking group, Bristow Shaw & Company. He chairs Strategic Life Sciences Limited, SLS Managers Pty Ltd, Victorian Venture Capital Managers, The Shift Foundation Limited and Life Sciences International. Michael also is a member of the Finance and Investment Committee of the Australian Psychological Society Ltd. He has been on the RAV Board since 1990, and is a member of the Strategy Committee. Michael was President of RA National (1994 and from 1998 to 2001); chaired RAV’s Audit Committee for 11 years and was RAV Vice-President from 1990 until October 2007.

Mr Paul Staindl Paul is an accredited family law specialist lawyer and is the Managing Director of Clancy & Triado. He has served on many committees in his professional capacity and also on boards in the not for profit sector. He has chaired the Executive of the Law Institute Family Law Section. He also served on and chaired the Specialisation Board of the Law Institute for five years. He has published many papers on family law and participated in many seminars both to the profession, the community and on radio. Paul has been an RAV Board Member since 1999.

Mr Peter Gome Peter is currently Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ABnote Australasia, a high tech security printer of credit cards, cheques, driver’s licences and other secure documents. He also lectures in strategic business analysis in the MBA program at Monash University. His prior career path includes appointments as CFO of other organisations including a number of BP businesses in Australia and the UK. He blends his strong finance background with strategic and marketing skills and experience. Peter holds Fellow membership of both the AICD and CPA. He currently chairs the Audit and Finance Committee of the RAV board.
