Parenting Plan

A parenting plan is a written agreement between separating parents covering practical issues of parental responsibility. 

It is worked out and signed by both parents. A parenting plan:

• helps clarify children's arrangements
• helps both parents know what is expected of them
• helps bring some certainty into the world for children
• is a valuable asset as time passes and circumstances change.
