Multicultural programs

The centre works with many partners including Spectrum Migrant Resource Centre, Centacare and Berry Street Victoria, to provide specialist programs to particular groups in the community. These programs include support for new parents, violence prevention programs with students and multicultural communities.

Past programs

Everyone Belongs Harmony Day 2011
The centre was an active participant in a range of activities to celebrate Harmony Day. In partnership with the African Resource Centre and supported by the Victorian Multicultural Commission, the centre celebrated Harmony Day on Sunday 27 March. The Harmony Day Cup football game and assorted other activities were held at Merrilands Community Centre in Reservoir. This involved members of a number of African communities; there was also some Aboriginal dancing and foods from both communities.
